Recycling Bin is a female contestant in Animated Inanimate Battle. She's a member of Team 3.
Appearance[]
Recycling Bin is a small plastic blue recycling bin with a symbol containing 3 arrows white forming a triangle on her.
Redesign[]
In Season 1B, Recycling Bin did not receive a redesign, Only color adjustments.
Personality[]
Recycling Bin cares a lot about the environment, and wants to help it as much as she can, and even has a trash collection which she collects to save the earth, though this was thrown away by Oodle in the The Pilot and has not been mentioned or seen since. Because of her dedication, she worries about impending environmental disasters constantly, basing most her motivations and opinions on what is or isn't good for the environment, such as her stance on donuts being bad, or her opinion on Cinnamon Bun.
She also has a grudge against contestents of her team that she judges as "useless" or "disadvantaged", mainly Teabag, judging her for her lack of arms and legs, and as of recently, Cinnamon Bun, mainly because Cinammon Bun is a kid, which seems to be ironic since she is armless.
She is very rude and spiteful, referring to Cinnamon Bun as a "thing" and laughing at Teabag's loss in An Ice Beginning, though she seems to feel guilty after realizing she died.
Recycling Bin is often very rude and irritated, and rarely shows any other emotion that isn't malice or anger, only smiling a few times throughout the series, while also being somewhat bossy towards her team, often screaming and complaing about them.

- She has colored cans on top of her in the AIB intro.
- In April 2023, she appeared on a festive drawing celebrating Earth Day, where she is seen with Can inside of her.
- She is one of F-L-R-N's originally-created characters. The others being Alef, Blanket, Nabla, Raisin, and Roe.
- She is one of the only two characters to be box-shaped, armless and have arrows on her body. The other is Package. They also seem both to have an arch-nemesis who is pink and supposed to be child-coded (Glassy for Package, and Cinammon Bun for Recycling Bin).
- She is the same Recycle Bin from APEX, a cancelled object show by F-L-R-N in 2013. On that same canceled object show, her (alongside Roe) were both supposed to be male. Their genders got changed to female on the series, however.
- She used to be one of the four female contestants that are voiced by Robert Johnson. The other three are Glassy, Pitchfork, and Safe.
- As of AIB 4, her current voice actor is Kimiko.
- She thinks donuts are bad for the environment, as shown in Nine Steps Ahead.
