Pitchfork is a female contestant in Animated Inanimate Battle. She's a member of Team 5.
Appearance[]
She is a pitchfork with a wooden handle and three curved metal spikes.
Redesign[]
In Season 1B, Pitchfork did not receive a redesign, only color adjustments - her handle became more saturated.
Personality (+ coverage)[]
Pitchfork is an irritated, aggressive and hothead person who is very feisty. She is can be extremely rude aswell, both with her own teammates, and with other teams. She is very competitive and violent, and, despite her angry attitudes in regards of her team, she has the spirit of a leader, trying to be a team captain that her team colleagues can trust.
When pushed to her absolute limit, she can go insane and throw a mini anger fit, and due to said anger fits, she has caused a huge conflict between herself and most of her team. She has also been shown to have a somewhat big physical strength (especially during her anger fits), as seen in Get A Grip, where Pitchfork manages to break her team's claw machine, resulting in them being disqualified, and losing the challenge.
She also likes her own personal space and detests Bouncy Ball and Glowstick, the latter who has harassed her multiple times due to his one-sided crush that he has on her. And, by Smarter & Boulder, she expressely said to him that they never had a thing going on, and that she never wanted nor will want have any type of relashionship with him, which ends up leaving Glowstick heartbroken.
After the claw machine incident in Get A Grip, Pitchfork ended up isolating herself, especially after her team's elimination in Fartists, where she didnt get eliminated (it is believed that she was the one who was supposed to go, however no confirmation of that has been confirmed), and she ends up winning a cookie from Oodle. After that, she then isolated herself from pretty much all of her team for the rest of the remaining episodes, not participating in any of the challanges.
In Sun Blocked, her isolation reached a point where she began talking (and somewhat venting in the process) to the Glowstick plushie used by Team 1 in Get A Grip, due to her increasing loneliness caused by said isolation (not necessarily meaning that she misses or likes him, but rather meaning that she is getting so lonely to the point of talking to a stuffed plush of someone she hates).
And, because of that, Pitchfork then started hallucinating Glowstick, as it then visually represents (in a "physical" way) the internal conflict she's having inside her mind (the conflict between her believing that she did nothing wrong, a belief that is represent by herself, and the belief that she did everything wrong, and that she deserves all bad that is coming to her, represented by the "Glowstick" halucination), while also representing the thought that, in one way or another, her problems end up coming back to being caused by Glowstick.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Heated Spikes: Not only can her spikes hold onto heat from outside sources, but they will also heat up when she gets angry, as seen in Smarter & Boulder and Get a Grip.

Trivia[]
- Pitchfork is one of the tallest characters on the show, although Glowstick is almost as tall as her.
- The way that that her spikes heat up when she rages might be a reference to Paintbrush from Inanimate Insanity's bristles reacting to their emotions.
- She is one of three female contestants that are voiced by Robert Johnson. The other two are Glassy and Safe.
- Recycling Bin was formerly voiced by Robert but as of Fartists, she is now voiced by Kimiko.
- She is the only contestant who's not eliminated to not have any lines in Fartists.
- Pitchfork shares the same theme color as Package, being Tenne/Tawny.
- If you turn her backwards, you can't see her face.
- She and her "clone" both hate Glowstick, have (almost) the same appearance, and have anger issues.
