"I’m already unconscious!"- Nine, Get A Grip
Nine is a male contestant in Animated Inanimate Battle. He's a member of Team 3.
Appearance[]
Nine is a purple colored number nine whose most prominent feature is his nine-feet long tongue. His tongue color is now green, thanks to what happened in Fartists.
Redesigns[]
In AIB 5, Nine's descender is straightened, and his coloring is darker.
In Season 1B, Nine's shape did not change, however his coloring changed back to what it was before his first redesign.
Personality[]
Nine is good-natured and happy-go-lucky, but has an unexplained obsession with cookies and wrapping his tongue around things. He has shown to be a bit dimwitted and naive, but has good intentions.

Nine is frequently shown alongside the rest of Team 3, usually playing the role of the comic relief character in the team. He is the first contestant to show appreciation for Bone, talking to him often and being the first person to show kindness towards Bone (cutting off Salami).

- He was the 9th person chosen on Team 3, which may be ironic and coincidental.
- Another coincidence is that 3 is the square root of 9.
- He was also the 9th person to pass up Cinnamon Bun.
- However, he's the fourteenth person to be flat.
- In Get A Grip, the scene where Nine says ‘I’m Already Unconscious!’ has been posted on the subreddit ‘r/cursedimages’.
- In "AIB's Multiple Milestones", he jumped out of the cake, just like other people in the entire Earth, that were hiding inside.
- He was the first contestant to get a redesign, as told by GatlingGroink57's latest post.
- Nine apparently has stated he would do anything for a cookie; even so far as to commit crimes just for one.
- Nine's tongue is still green from licking the paint off from Fartists, so when he dies and gets recovered, his tongue still remains green.
- Despite not having E.S.P. in Nine Steps Ahead, he accurately read the minds of Salami, Telescope, Recycling Bin, Teabag, and Mitten.
- He might be the episode number for AIB 6.
- There's also a BFDI character called Nine.
- He is the 8th contestant to blush.
- Counting Telescope's reflection of Red Eyes as a blush, Nine is - ironically - the 9th contestant to blush.
- Alternatively, counting Oodle's green blur on his face as one, Nine is the 9th character to blush.
