This article focuses on the interactions between Jelly and Popsicle Stick.
Jelly and Popsicle Stick have been friends since the beginning of the show, and were inseparable. When the competition begins, Jelly enters Team 2 and Popsicle Stick doesn't. Popsicle Stick becomes depressed that she isn't on the same team with Jelly, with her going to Team 6. Popsicle Stick is also too clingy to Jelly, as she switched to Team 2 just to be with Jelly, and she also made a snowman out of him in the 2022 Christmas Card (Uncanonical). Due to Popsicle Stick’s clinginess and dependency on Jelly, he starts to seem uncomfortable in more recent content.
Positive interactions[]
An Ice Beginning: When Jelly and Popsicle Stick are placed on different teams (Team 2 and Team 6, respectively), Jelly is upset at the loss of his friend, as she screams "NOO" to the sky above.
Smarter & Boulder: At the start of the episode, Jelly comforts Popsicle Stick, who is hiding inside Safe, worried she'll get eliminated and not be able to hang out with Jelly anymore. Later on, when Jelly is "Stupid-fied", Popsicle Stick becomes worried for his safety, and runs up the mountain to go help, carrying her team's boulder with her.
Neutral interactions[]
An Ice Beginning: Popsicle Stick suggests to her team that they should ask Jelly, who is on a different ice block. When she yells out to him, he can't hear anything she's saying and yells "WHAT?" from the other side several times, very confused.
Negative interactions[]
Sun Blocked: After her new ‘team’ turns in the sun piece, Popsicle Stick congratulates Team 2 and leans onto Jelly—who has a slightly uncomfortable look on his face.
