"...Blanket..." - Blanket, An Ice Beginning.
Blanket is a female contestant in Animated Inanimate Battle. She's a member of Team 1.
Appearance[]
Blanket is a sapphic light pink blanket with a wavy appearance.
Redesign[]
In Season 1B, Blanket did not receive a redesign, only color adjustments.
Personality[]
Blanket is very shy to the point of not talking, kind of like a shrinking violet. She doesnt interact with anyone and likes to stay in the background, but despite that, she does care a lot about her team (considering them friends), and is willing to do anything in their power to help then, such as seen in Sun Blocked, where she actively helps her team (especially at the end) to get the sun piece, and saying that she wants to help them more.
Although she has a shy and reserved appearance, she is surprisingly skilled when it comes to physical activities, as well as having a very big physical strength, (as seen first in Get A Grip), and having a big liking for sports. In Get A Grip, during Team 1’s elimination, when Oodle throws Blanket’s prize (a bowling ball) at her, it makes heavy impact with her face, but she didn’t feel any pain at all, much to the shock of everyone else in Team 1. In Sun Blocked, during her face-off against Telescope on an ice block, she stomps her foot into the ice block, causing it to shatter in half.
Blanket started to talk and open herself more in Get a Grip and forming more bonds with her teammates (such as with Candle and Flaggy, the former who was the first person who tried approaching to her in a first meeting scenario), and even vows to do more after her big scene on her fight against Telescope for the sun piece in Sun Blocked.
Blanket reveals that she is actually a fierce and determinate competitor under all the layers of shy she's built up for herself, and that she values her new friendships a lot. Blanket is also very prone to blushing, such as seen in An Ice Beginning and Sun Blocked.

An Ice Beginning[]
Blanket was chosen onto Team 1. Candle tries to introduce herself, with Blanket timidly responds her name in a very quiet manner, much to Candle's annoyance. Blanket cowers as a javelin flies towards her until Flaggy jumps in front of it and sacrifices herself, causing Blanket to blush.
Smarter & Boulder[]
Blanket didn't play a major role in this episode, but it can be shown that Candle is helping Blanket out by having her be less shy. She also falls down the mountain when Pitchfork chucks Hanger at her.
Get a Grip[]
When Blanket was declared safe, Oodle threw a bowling ball at her, and to everyone's surprise, Blanket caught and then she stated that she does sports very shyly. When the challenged has been announced, Oodle said who were the controllers and Blanket was one of them, then when the spotlight shined on her she ran away very scared, but with her skills, she was able to get her team 2nd.
Fartists[]
Blanket doesn’t do much in this episode, but does say Coconut dying was karma for him, but Album says it still doesn’t cover everything he’s done.
Sun Blocked[]
Near the start of the challenge, Candle shows off her flame, asking Blanket if it looked cool, but she replies with another silent response. Blanket later finds the sun piece but the rest of the team is distracted by Album’s shady cream. Eventually, Blanket whistles to get their attention with her saying she found the sun piece over by the beach, but Telescope also notices it at the same time, and they both race to get the sun piece. When Team 1 gets there, Album questions how to get there, but Blanket gets over her shyness and just jumps in the water and gets the sun piece quickly. Telescope also comes on the ice block though, with him mockingly saying to go down before she hurts herself. Blanket refuses and says it’s for her team and tells him to step off. Telescope responds with “Or what?”, and Blanket responds with breaking the ice block with a stomp of her feet. Telescope then pushes Blanket off and they get into a fight each other, but eventually, neither sides win due to an explosion caused by Album lighting on fire and touching Farty, killing everyone except Cork and Roe. Team 1 is declared the losers, but Chocolate Chip, Candle, and Flaggy celebrate her newfound confidence, causing her to blush even more. She then vows to help the team in any way she can in the future.

- Blanket is the first character on the show to blush.
- She was one of the six contestants dancing in GatlingGroink57's "Where Have I Been?!" video.
- This ended up being a sneak peek for the following episode, as Blanket was the controller for her team that episode.
- She is one of F-L-R-N's originally-created characters. The others being Alef, Nabla, Raisin, Recycling Bin, and Roe.
- She is the same Blanket from APEX, a cancelled object show by F-L-R-N in 2013, except more skilled.
- In GatlingGroink57's Third Episode of AIB "Get A Grip", she mentioned that she had sometimes done sports, after she successfully caught her prize (A Bowling Ball) with a tight grip while the others were failing to catch their prizes.
- She's the fourth flattest character.
