"Thanks for finally giving me a voice, Oodle."- Album, An Ice Beginning
Album is a female contestant in Animated Inanimate Battle. She's a member of Team 1.
Appearance[]
Album appears to be a gray disc with a scratch on the top left of her.
She formerly had three scratches, one caused by Nabla using her to scratch Oodle in The Pilot and another one caused by Hanger flinging back. In the voting screen, she is seen with a pink hat with sunglasses, trying to hide her scratches. In Get a Grip, she was the first safe, but she got another scratch from the claw inside the claw machine. During Sun Blocked, she gained multiple scratches around her at the beginning of the episode. She got some cream which did get rid of her scratches before she ended up exploding, and getting recovered with all the scratches gone but her top left abrasion from The Pilot.
Redesign[]
In Season 1b and onward, Album's coloring is slightly cyan.
Personality[]
Album is the perfect example when talking about someone who has the spirit of a leader. Album is outgoing, a good friend and leader to have around, and always tries her best to guide her team's success.
She is an independent (and somewhat perfectionist) person and is often smart, easygoing, and somewhat bright and careful towards others, often easily interacting and socializing with her fellow teammates, as well as with other team members.
Despite her independent and apparent "confident" attitude, Album has suffered a lot regarding her self-esteem and self-image issues due to the scratches she has gained on peace throughout the series, which made her feel very emotional and sad over the mere thought of getting even the tiniest of a scratch. She'd often either hide them or try to ignore them altogether, which was a situation being aggravated more and more as time went on that, for a chunk of Sun Blocked, she didn't even have the confidence to be a leader to her team because of her appearance, thinking that she looked a mess, while making a lot of self-deprecating comments on herself.
And, because of that, she even went as far as buying an extremely shady and suspicious anti-scratch cream from Shade, which ended up having very bad consequences for her, making her catch on fire (due to the cream being combustible), and (consequentially), causing Farty to explode by the end of AIB 5.
Despite her many insecurities on behalf of her appearance, she did manage to overcome them thanks to people like Coconut (who she became friends with), and Brick after the talk they both had in AIB 5. Thanks to them, she started accepting her appearance as it is, thus becoming more confident with it. Coconut helped her with her doubts she had as a team leader and (partially) with her appearance, and Brick finally helped her fully become confident after they had an honest talk together in AIB 5, as he managed to help her feel more secure on herself, and that her scratch(es) all have stories to them, and they show how much "fight" she has, and that she should take pride of how they reflect her and her story as a person (both to herself and others), as a team leader, and as a friend.
Besides that, Album also loves anything and everything music-related, and is super into metal bands, knowing tons of information about them, and becoming super talkative about them when given the chance.

Animated Inanimate Battle[]
The Pilot[]
Album makes her debut in the beginning of the pilot, surrounding a currently-in-comatose Oodlealongside some of the other objects. She was the one who suggested to her fellow townsfolk to poke Oodle when they first saw him. Later in the episode, she allows Nabla to use her as an attempt to cut Oodle open. This fails and results in Album getting a scratch on her head. She freaks out about it and runs off. When Bone enters the scene in curiosity, she yells that it doesn't concern him, before running off once more, never to be seen for the rest of the episode.
An Ice Beginning[]
Album, unaffected by the the change Oodle applies to everyone in the episode, is seen on a rock putting on makeup to cover her scratch, when Oodle grabs her, pulls her away from the rock, and is given limbs and a face. He then throws her into Alef. She ended up being the first person chosen onto Team 1, in which Oodle throws her over to the designated platform. During the latter half of the challenge, it is revealed that Album wasn't given a voice and thus still speaks in subtitles. Using this to the team's advantage, Coconut tells her to talk about metal bands, which causes a huge wall of text to form above her as she goes on about her love of certain bands. He then grabs the subtitles and hits Team 6's ice block with it. At some point during the fast-forward, Album got hit off the ice block, causing the water to wash off her makeup. In the after-credits scene, she thanks Oodle for finally giving her a voice, but is then mildly annoyed when he is startled by her scratch.
Smarter & Boulder[]
Album suggests that Team 1 gets a move on since Team 5 lost progress due to Bouncy Ball. Coconutinterrupts her and claims authority over the team, which causes the two to briefly quarrel. After Flaggy is revealed to be alive, Album questions how Yarn stitched her with orange thread if she's green, to which she replies, "You don't need to know that." Coconut then questions the whereabouts of the team. Album then points out what the rest of the team members were doing. Album then asks the team to help put the boulder, but everyone is preoccupied, much to her dismay. After a conversation with Coconut about using her newfound voice, she gets everyone's attention by yelling at full volume (and also because she's always wanted to do so). She motivates the team to work together to push their boulder up the mountain. Her team may have lost, but after seeing her bravery, Coconut proposed that she should lead the team alongside him, which she confidentially agrees to. She then lost her confidence after she got a second scratch from Hanger flying towards her, much to Whoopee Cushion's amusement.
Get a Grip[]
During the elimination, Album is declared the first person safe. Oodle throws a tennis ball at her, and she worriedly braces for impact, though the impact was soft. Bacon says it was a pansy throw and asks why she was being so lily-livered. She tells him that she doesn't want to get another scratch and that it could be from anything. When Bacon is hit by the ball cart, she chuckles while mockingly saying "lily-livered" in a cowboy accent. Later, everyone except Blanket (the team’s operator), are in a claw machine without any limbs. She eases Blanket's anxiety by telling her to go nice and easy. But the claw goes and grabs her roughly and then it slips, leaving a third scratch. Although unseen, all of her teammates got out of the claw machine, making her team 2nd place.
Fartists[]
Album is seen in the crowd waiting for Oodle to return for the challenge. She points out that it's weird that a power inter-dimensional being isn't on top of things like preparation for the challenge. After the challenge starts, she questions if Coconut had to be so gruesome when handling Chocolate Chip for the art challenge, and later appears to comment on Coconut's death and says that she doesn't think it fully makes up for the things he did prior. She's not seen for the rest of the episode.
Sun Blocked[]
A few moments after the intro, she is seen playing volleyball with Coconut, Frisbee, and Ketchup. She attempts to trash talk before the game, but fails miserably. She then tries to hit the ball after it's served but is accidentally hit by Coconut and is thrown into the net. This causes her to get a multitude of scratches causing her to freak out and presumably run away. Later in the challenge, Coconut asks if anyone has seen Album after their "volleyball incident". She is sitting on a rock, while feeling dejected about her appearance. Shade then appears to help her out with her complexion by giving her anti-scratch cream. She rubs it on herself, making the scratches go away. Later she is seen putting more cream on herself, making her glow, itchy and uncomfortable. This makes most of her teammates question her "shadiness", which she replies she doesn't know anyone by that name, which raises more questions. Later, during the fight between Blanket and Telescope, Brick questions why she wasn't watching the fight with everyone, which she tells him about her anti-scratch cream and why she has it. Brick then finishes her sentence by saying that she thought it would fix her face and self-confidence, much to Album's surprise, especially when considering his reputation as a fighter. After a heart-felt conversation about her scratches giving her character and more fight to her, Album thanks Brick and disregards the cream. After Brick reads the label, he finds out that it is combustible, which freaks her out, right before getting set ablaze. She runs across the beach and collides with Farty and causes an explosion, killing her along with Team 1 and Team 3(besides Roe and Cork). After Team 1 was declared the loser once more, Album apologizes for throwing the challenge. Coconut then shows Album that her scratches are now gone, except the first "shiner" (courtesy of Bacon). She then says she's ok with it since she's just "Album with a bit more fight to her". This ends her appearance in the episode and in Season 1A.
